For the past five months, we've been collaborating with Wishpond and are gearing up to kick off our third campaign. We've noticed a notable boost in both social media engagement and website visits, which we think will be good signs for upcoming sales. Our Account Manager, Alejandra, is truly a joy to work alongside. She's super quick to respond and offers great insights and recommendations. Besides the immediate marketing help they give, we're also picking up on their strategies and execution to ensure our own efforts are in sync with theirs.

Sahory is just incredible!!!!!! I really enjoy collaborating with her, and I also appreciate Wishpond. They’re genuine, solid folks who truly support you. Ever since I teamed up with Sahory, my trust in them and their capabilities has shot up! I'm giving them a full 5 stars because they’re an awesome company!

This company is a total scam. I've never dealt with a worse outfit. They blew a ton of cash on ads and charged hefty fees, yet I saw zero sales over six months. Good luck getting a refund; they ignore all emails. You're stuck in a contract, and getting your cash back from the bank is impossible. I should've realized something was off when they bombarded my inbox with unsolicited junk.

Seriously, just run away as fast as you can.

This company is all about sending out spam emails to promote their services. They hit up my Minecraft server's support email, and honestly, it's just super irritating. My support portal is getting flooded with their nonsense. They clearly don’t get how email addresses should be used. Wishpond seems to be run by folks who don’t have a clue and are just doing free advertising. If you're looking for ads, just check out Adsense and Carbon Ads; they’re way better.

On top of that, their website doesn’t even show clear pricing. You have to book an appointment just to find out how much their services cost. It makes everything seem sketchy, like a random site trying to scam people out of their cash. Can’t they at least provide some rough pricing plans or a simple calculator for potential customers?

I really can’t express how awesome Moe and his hardworking marketing crew are. Initially, I had some reservations, especially since it took a bit longer than I hoped to kick off the campaigns and see results. But guess what? We just signed up for another year! I can confidently say that Moe and Wishpond have been a lifesaver for our ecommerce biz in this tough market. We honestly thought we were gonna go under because of covid. We’re super thankful!

The sales crew is super pushy and promises things they just can't follow through on. This business has failed to meet every timeline and attempts to pressure you into signing a contract. After nearly two months, they still haven't managed to launch a basic Facebook ad. It seems their account manager got blocked on Facebook, which is a red flag if you ask me. Best to avoid them!

This outfit was meant to assist me in crafting a successful marketing strategy, but a manager straight-up deceived me about what I could expect from Wishpond and the timeline involved. They also twisted the terms of their contract to include cancellation fees that aren’t even in the original document. I ended up with a website that’s stuck due to a $250 template charge (totally unusable, and I wasn’t informed I’d need to cough up extra cash upfront) and just three icons for my content. I received one campaign in 90 days, but I couldn’t even upgrade my site without shelling out another $250, despite being promised a new campaign every 45-60 days. Wishpond staff hadn’t even logged into my account in the past month when I asked to cancel, showing zero effort towards launching a second campaign that could actually make money. Now they’re claiming I owe them $2700 to cancel! Seriously, keep your distance and don’t buy into their attempts to downplay the bad reviews. There’s a solid chance I’ll have to take this to court, and I’d much rather pay a trustworthy lawyer than deal with a shady company that takes advantage of small businesses.

My business has now gotten five back-to-back e-mails from Rachel pushing us to collaborate with Wishpond. Up until tonight, we’ve opted to just overlook them, but after yet another message arrived, I felt compelled to write this review. Wishpond, if you take one thing away from this feedback, let it be this: if folks aren’t responding, it means they’re not keen on partnering with you. Just give them some space.

I had a bit of a rough beginning with Wishpond, but everything turned around when I got assigned a new project manager, Estefano Cruz. Let me tell ya, he’s fantastic! His keen eye for detail, regular updates, and top-notch customer service are just incredible.

Persistent unwanted spam, just typical scammers. They also go after genuine reviews here, so you can be sure there are plenty of other bad reviews that got removed because folks didn’t bother to contest them.

For over four years, we've partnered with Wishpond, and a good number of the projects we've tackled together have turned out really well. Marcel is a fantastic asset for customer service, always around when you need him, just like Alex B. However, I do hope that some of the templates and features, like the ability to post videos and images in the same contest templates, as well as other fresh tech for landing page editing tools, get updated annually.

Working with Wishpond has been a great experience. Our representative has shown professionalism, courtesy, and has been reliable in her communication and advice. Overall, we’re really satisfied with how things have gone.

I’m really pleased with the group I’m working alongside! They’re super nice and get what we’re all about, plus they really put in the effort! I gotta say, their prices are pretty reasonable when you think about the quality of service they provide.

Teaming up with Marcella has been a delight. She’s been revamping my current website, grasping what I need, and hustling to implement updates and tweaks as fast as possible. We’re three months into this journey, and they’ve put together a solid campaign that I’m really rooting for. They’ve also uncovered some fresh ad spaces I wasn’t even aware of, and I’m genuinely optimistic about what’s ahead for us.
